During this extended time away from a normal schedule and club soccer, I am realizing just how much I love and miss the game! I have been fortunate over the past few months to have had the opportunity to train with my club coach and a few other players three times each week. This has helped me to stay in shape and stay focused on my goal of playing soccer in college. I would characterize myself as a dedicated team player who is optimistic and always working to get better as a player and a person.
I started out playing soccer when I was five years old and began playing club soccer when I was 12. Throughout my years of club, I've played most every position, but have settled into midfield over the past few years. As I head into an unpredictable senior year of high school, I am still looking forward to a successful soccer season and academic year to prepare me for college. I intend to pursue a career in athletic training in college while continuing to play soccer.
A few of my other hobbies include playing lacrosse, going fishing and hanging out with friends and family. I will be happy to get back to practicing soccer with my team and can't wait to play competitively again!
