I am determined and excited to continue playing lacrosse at the next level. This is my chance to tell my story and lacrosse is a huge part of my journey. I was diagnosed with an auditory disability and ADHD in the 5th grade. The auditory disability explained my struggles in the classroom and why I never learned my ABCs or how to form letters correctly when writing. Although I struggled at school, I loved sports and the same year I picked up my first lacrosse stick. I tell you about my struggles in school because it shows my willingness to work hard and accomplish my goals. I have overcome obstacles and challenged myself inside and out of the classroom. I was determined to take honors classes and be a multi sport athlete playing both football and lacrosse. My struggles made me realize my passion for wanting to pursue being a High School History teacher and lacrosse coach. My goal is to help other students who struggle, like myself, find success.
As I moved into High School my family went through a very difficult time. All of my lacrosse equipment was destroyed and my mother and I found ourselves needing a home. Unfortunately, most schools in the area do not offer lacrosse therefore my mom was forced to rent a home in my school district. Homes in this school district are expensive to rent and there are very few options. It was at this point that I realized lacrosse needs to be in other areas. I am in the process of setting up a non-profit as my senior project to get lacrosse equipment into lower income areas through equipment donations. The project is called "Just Re-lax." During this difficult time playing lacrosse was my escape. It is such a great sport I want as many kids as possible to have the opportunity to play.
I am a multi sport student athlete and I take pride in developing my skills. I have played football from the age of 8. I currently play linebacker for my high school varsity team. I train in the weight room and as crossfit athlete, challenging my body to do more than yesterday.
My current stats:
Front Squat- 325lb
Back Squat- 405lb
Deadlift- 500lb
Bench- 265lb
Hang Clean-265lb
Power Clean- 265lb

I know I have the determination and work ethic to be an asset to a team at the college level. I play any where on the field I am needed but prefer playing as an LSM/Defender. I am a versitale player. My attitude is to play where the team has the best chance of winning. I am looked at as a leader and team player.
I am proud of my story and want the opportunity to share it. If you have any questions please reach out to me. I am excited to talk to you!
Thank you for your consideration and I look forward to hearing from your school!
