Colton McKee '24 Recruiting Profile

I am Colton McKee, a 5'11 175 pound 17 year old 2024 grad year and I take face-offs. I've been playing lacrosse for 4 years and I feel I've greatly improved each year and I just received the all team MVP award for the 2nd year in a row of varsity high school lacrosse as well as honorable mention all OCC and all region. I've been taking face-offs since I started lacrosse in 7th grade and I love how much the position has to offer. I like how every face-off is so different and everyone has such different techniques, I enjoy figuring out my opponent and how I can beat them easier. My coaches say I am hard working, very coachable and they feel comfortable giving me freedom to teach others and learn new things for myself. I played basketball and golf for my school team but now I just play and focus on lacrosse. I also enjoy snowboarding and fishing as hobbies since I was very young.   I plan to continue working hard to improve my face-off skills so I can play at the highest level possible in college.
