2017 Highlights Personal Statement
I have been fortunate in my lacrosse career to have been coached by internationally recognized coaches such as Tracey Kelusky, Mike Hasen and Troy Cordingley. I will bring both my Field and Box experiences, as well as very high lacrosse IQ, to your team.
I bring structure to the defence wth my leadership skills ( voice communication / positional play ) and my on field playing attributes shut down opposing teams offences. I have a very good stick and my speed allows me to push the ball up field to create opportunistic transitions.
Outside of lacrosse I have been athlete of the year for the past two years. I am an internationally ranked snowboard racer, as well as the captain of my high school volleyball and rugby team.
My collegiate goal is to play lacrosse at the highest possible level and pursue a high level education. I have worked hard in school and lacrosse to give me every opportunity for success.
