I committed to play Division 1 lacrosse at the University of Hartford. I was injured my first year but practiced everyday and played in schrimages. I decided to seek another school to follow my academic interests. I was recruited off the NCAA transfer portal and transferred to Nassau Community College to play lacrosse for coach Savage and complete my Sophomore year. That was a great experience but the season was cancelled like all other programs. I am now looking to find a school that plays the highest level of lacrosse competitively, and be challenged in the classroom. I am an honor student and am now better prepared to make that academic choice. I am still on the NCAA transfer portal.

- Work with independent trainer on Lacrosse specific program to emphasize overall speed and quickness. Incorporating different dodge moves with stick in hand and heads up to dish. Improvement of defensive positioning. Keeping offensive player from getting topside.

- Daily weight training program to build upper body and core strength, Dead lift, Squat, Press. Also Plyo work. Kettle Bell and Dumbbell.

- Have been doing wall work since starting lacrosse. Natural lefty but work extra off hand. 1 hour a day minimum off and on season. Have shooting cage with full goal to work on shot placement.
