What I have learned from playing lacrosse is that to be a winning team you need people who are motivated and driven for the same goal. Over my Freshman and Sophomore years I have played for two teams with two different attitudes, my club team that has players who want to win, get better, and are committed to playing, and my high school team that has people playing just to make their college resume look better or are unmotivated to win.
I personally like playing for my club team more than my high school team because there are people that want to compete and win. Although one benefit of being on my high school team was being a captain. Through this experience I learned how to help lead, motivate and get the best out of every player so that we could win games and compete. That's why I am looking for a program that will be competitive on the field and will help push me academically too. I believe that I have the drive, work ethic, skill, and motivation to win, that I can make an impact on your program and help your team win games.
