A pivotal moment in my life was the day after the lacrosse season ended when I was younger and I was so hungry to keep playing, so I made my parents find a lacrosse camp for me to attend. I knew that lacrosse was my next full-time sport. I am a two sport varsity athlete and work part time as a level 2 hockey official. Hockey was my first love, but lacrosse is my current passion.
I’m fortunate to have an experienced high school lacrosse coach who is bringing our lacrosse program to a new level. I have learned great skills and values from him and through his energy and enthusiasm have grown to be a great defenseman for our team. Our team was the District 12 champs for the first time in school history. My club team won the Liberty Elite championship in 2018 and was runner up at Lehigh Laxfest in 2019.
My goal is to attend a college, play lacrosse, and maintain my 3.5 GPA. I am undecided about my major but I’m leaning towards science and research. Managing school, two sports and a part-time job takes determination and discipline. These are only a few traits that are necessary to play college sports and achieve academic and athletic success.
