My dream is to play lacrosse at the highest level possible while getting the best education I can. I am different than most players because I am a Native American of the Mohawk Nation, and lacrosse runs deep in my people's culture, not as just a game but is also a tradition and medicine for the people. Lacrosse is so much more than just a game to me; it is a way of life. While I have worked to make sure I am a well-rounded person with many varied, healthy interests, lacrosse has been the backbone of my personal development. I remember back to when I was a young boy carrying my lacrosse stick everywhere--into stores and places to eat. I love lacrosse, and I want it to always be apart of my life. Athletically I spend hours of my day practicing and playing lacrosse, or waking up at 5:00 in the morning to work out and get stronger to better my game. Hard academics is nothing that will be new to me, the school that I attend has some of the best academics in the country. I feel it has helped prepare me for college and the rigorous academics I will be faced with. I strive to be the best player I can be, and I'm always open to pointers on how to improve my game.
