My name is Jonah Pertet I am 6’2” 170 lbs. I workout 5 times a week and eat a training diet to build strength and mass.
I am a High School Sophmore with a passion and commitment for playing football at the wide receiver position where I can benefit the team.
When I was only 1 I learned to walk and the very next day I ran and I haven’t stopped running toward my goals.
My natural talent of running fast a 4.9 in the 40 yard dash, has helped me with sports and am presently working hard to improve in football and Lacrosse.
I am committed to become the first scholar athlete in my family to make my Grandfather proud. He has been a great role model in my life teaching me that commitment in life to family, academics and sports helps build character.
As a son of an entrepreneur I have learned you must give it 200% effort to achieve what you want in life and dedication, commitment and sacrifice is needed to achieve your Goals. My strong work ethic has played a big impact in every area of my life especially sports.
I am blessed to have an amazing family who supports me in all that I am passionate about .
Attaining good grades and selecting a good university has always been important to me. Every day I
work to improve my GPA so that it is where it needs to be, because I know it will open so many doors
and opportunities. I am fortunate to have all my relatives surrounding me with advanced degrees from
well-known universities.
I passionate about all sports, ever since I was a young, I have played Football, Lacrosse,
Basketball and Track for my school. Outside of school I have played on club teams including football for
Outsiderz, Lacrosse for Blak Widow and Basketball for Van Reed. I enjoy working out daily and
playing a friendly neighborhood game of football. By playing sports at such a young age
it has had a big impact on my life and character. I have gained leadership skills, become more mature in
my game and developed teamwork. I have always had a strong faith and enjoy going on youth
retreats and conferences with my Real Life youth group from church. My life experiences have prepared
me to work hard, be dedicated, and be a leader in a very competitive environment. I know these
lessons will help me in my college path and my career.
