I relocated from Wisconsin to Rhode Island in third grade. This taught me resilience and adaptability. COVID taught me that I thrive best when in school, and engaging with fellow students and teachers. In 2022, I initiated a move from public school to a private high school to focus on my grades. It's important that I am fully prepared for college from an educational perspective. My hard work has delivered high honors for my junior year. For the 4th quarter, I had 5 A's. I am confident that by the end of the first semester of my senior year, I will be a 3.0 student.
Through middle school, I was a two-sport athlete; basketball and lacrosse. My love for lacrosse drives me to get better every day. I work with a trainer on strength and conditioning. One day a week on skills and personal development with Martin Bowes, a professional lacrosse coach. I play all year between box, club, and high school.
I am an athlete. I am a two-way midfielder that has started all three years of high school. My strength is defense. My high school coach asked me to play attack and I averaged 3 and 1 each game. I do whatever is asked of me and I am a state champion from my freshman year.
I want to be part of a school and team that feels like family. Although I compete at the highest level, I also want to have fun and enjoy my college experience.
I enjoy giving back and volunteering through coaching youth lacrosse as well as volunteering at local charities.
