I have been working hard for what I want for years now, simply to play in the goalkeeper position and be the best at it. My strength is knowing that I'm not even near the best and my desire to work to be the best. I feel as though I am willing to put in any work I have to and then some. I don't give up, I always finish the game even in the worst scenarios. I'm a good team player, I don't get down on my teammates for their mistakes, I try my best to encourage them to get back up and keep playing. I feel as though I am naturally gifted to be a goalkeeper, I have the height, the desire, the reflexes, and the work ethic. I'm strong-willed, I don't let my own mistakes end my games. After a mistake, I evaluate where I went wrong and fix it for next time. I'm a nice, friendly man who will show respect on and off of the field. Athletically, I've been working to get in shape. I've been working to get more muscular and to build my endurance. Academically, I always make sure to complete my school work to the best of my ability and on time, I look at every assignment as if it's worth as much as an exam and put lots of time and effort into every homework, classwork, quiz or test. Overall, I feel like the thing that sets me apart from most other athletes is that college soccer is not my goal. My goal is to go from college soccer to semi-pro and then pro, constantly having a reason to keep working and to continue to play, I won't settle for just college soccer as a final.
