I am a senior at Centreville High School in Centreville, Virginia. I currently have a 3.8 GPA with a desire to get a Computer Engineering or Computer Science degree in college.
I have played sports since I was 6 years old. My sports interests were always basketball and flag football. I loved those sports and dedicated most of my free time to either practicing or playing a basketball or football game with my friends. As I entered high school, my sister’s boyfriend’s brother introduced me to a new sport, lacrosse. This sport has now become my passion. In the three short years of playing lacrosse, I have put in a tremendous amount of work, from working with varsity players from my high school, to working with private trainers, plus signing up for as many opportunities to play and get experience as I can.
My goal is to continue to learn and grow as a player and continue to excel in the classroom. I believe that being a team player and leader on the field are important. I am a team player and leader when I step on the field. I have also started giving back by spending time teaching the sport to a freshman who has expressed an interest in lacrosse.
