Gavin Crosby '26 Recruiting Profile

In my freshman year, I earned a varsity letter and led my team to the playoffs as a goalie, making it the best start to my high school career. During the off-season, I was selected for the first-ever Philippines boys youth lacrosse team, where I played goalie and close defender. Despite only having two practices, our team performed exceptionally well in the tournament, outshining other teams that had a full season to practice together. This event helped me establish myself as a reliable and coachable player in the field. 

Participating in the World Games in San Diego last summer enhanced my lacrosse knowledge and skills, enabling me to see things others might miss. As a result, I became a referee to understand the game of lacrosse further. Through my experience as a referee, I have gained valuable skills such as teamwork, sacrifice, and commitment which have helped me in my daily life. I am now searching for a program that matches my athletic and academic abilities, while also considering my character, work ethic, and leadership potential. I believe I have what it takes to compete at the college level and make a positive impact on the team.
