Personal Statement
My name is Stephen Childers, and I have fallen in love with the sport of lacrosse. I constantly strive toward the end goal of being able to play at a collegiate level. I constantly believe that there can be improvement in any lacrosse player's play style, so I am always open to coaching my game in any way or form, and on multiple accounts, I have had coaches say I am easily coachable. I believe this is what sets me apart from other players at my level trying to make that step to the college level of lacrosse. Also, I believe that on any team I go to, I will get along with my peers and become close friends to make myself and them better in every way, whether that is for academics or athletics.
