Personal Statement
I have always strived for a new level. Digging deeper than I already have has helped me to always find more. on a team I amable to do my best and reach that level, so when I discovered this I used it to my advantage. As captain of my previous team I was able to encourage other athletes to go where they didn't think they could. now as I go into faster boats my goal is to back up my teammates. I trust my crew and thats most of the success, like in a popular book, the boys in the boat, I strive to trust my team and give them the same level they give me so I can get that same trust.
