Being a college athlete requires responsibility, perseverance, a competitive mindset, and being a team player. These are the qualities that I implement in my daily life and that I aspire to continue using to achieve success in the future. Ever since I began swimming, my mind has been focused and dedicated to succeeding in both school and my sport. My attitude towards swimming has helped me discipline my mind academically by showing me that being responsible can also lead me to good grades and a balanced lifestyle. With all of these good qualities that I currently possess (and are striving to continue), I am an excellent candidate for your team!
