Erg Steps Personal Statement
I started rowing as a freshman and have stuck with the sport because I love the challenge of the sport and pushing myself to constantly improve. The repeated motion and finesse of the sport helps me to meditate and clear my mind. I plan on majoring in biology because I enjoy working with animals and being in nature. I would enjoy traveling and researching animals and getting to know other cultures around the world after college.
