Hi, my name is Myles Quintyn and I'm a 16-year-old Canadian rower from Niagara Falls Ontario. I began rowing in the summer of 2021 for Niagara Falls rowing club. Since then, rowing has became a huge part of my life. I have been fortunate enough to be surrounded by incredibly supportive family members, teammates, and coaches who have always continued to motivate me throughout my racing and training. I enjoy the competitive atmosphere that accompanies rowing as it challenges you to surpass your own limitations. This passion that I have developed has led me to push myself further than I ever thought I could go.
My goal is to pursue a scholarship for men's rowing which has some of the most extensive opportunities for student-athletes. I hope to grow within the sport as well as keep it deeply rooted in my life for as long as I can. I'm looking for a school that is as passionate about both hard work and education as I am.
