Hector Alonzo '20 Recruiting Profile

My long term aspiration is to either go pro, play in the MLS, in europe for big team or become an underwater welder/pipe welder, soccer is my passion. I am interested in a school with a challenging athletic program and also that will mentally challenge me. Soccer is a sport that I have love for and hope one day to play professional.

I am a also leader, I enjoy helping others become better whether it is mentally or physically, on or off the field i enjoy it. I stride for every player to become better, I am not the guy who sits in silence, I am the one who wants to bring the energy to the team, encourage them to do there best every day on game days or practices.

What makes me different from other athletes is, I put my teammates first before myself because I think it is important. I am not the guy who tries to take all the glory, I want all my teammates to winners all the time, win or lose. I always think about what one my football coaches told us before a game, he said "It's not about you, its about us!" -Coach Cagle, that is my favorite quote because I want my team as a whole to be successful. I hope to receive scholarships from some great schools!
