Personal Statement
Hello.
My name is Caleb Knapp. I am a soccer player from Madison, Alabama who wishes to continue to play the sport I love while I further my studies. I am graduating from High School on December 31, 2020 and intend to enter college for the Fall 2021 term.
My elder siblings taught me how to kick a soccer ball as soon as I could walk. I played for my first organized team when I was 5 years old, and have continued to play since. Throughout my High School career, I have been a Swiss Army Knife, playing every position on the field, including Keeper. However, my best positions are those that utilize my natural defensive instincts (CB/DM/LB/RB or even GK).
Off the field, I am a top student, Eagle Scout, and have won multiple scholastic and speech awards. During High School I have earned a 4.0+ GPA and currently have a 31 ACT (and am hoping to raise that).
