I have been playing soccer since I was 4 years old. Over the years I have had to opportunity to play many positions but my two preferred positions are; goalkeeper (primary) and striker (secondary). I have played with the Juneau Soccer Club, the Alaska Development Program, Floyd Dryden Junior High Soccer, Capital City Soccer Mens Recreational league and Fairbanks Eclipse as a guest player. I am really looking forward to high school soccer and continuing to develop on the field as a strong, skilled soccer player and off the field as a student. I wasn't always a finesse player, I relied more on my scrappiness and physicality but over time I have been able to develop the skills that have helped me to become a better, faster player. I love playing soccer and am willing to work hard to make that happen in college. At times I have struggled as a student but am willing and ready to do what it takes to improve academically as well. I also play football and am the running back and kicker for my team in the Juneau Youth Football League. This was my last year prior to transitioning to high school and I credit my years of soccer playing with my ability as a kicker. I went 12/14 on pat's this past season and although we don't kick field goals in that division my long is a 45 yard kick during practice. I just enjoy sports and keeping myself fit and I look forward to both high school and college and being the best I can be on and off the field and as my soccer resume shows, for the past 9 years I have taken every opportunity that I can to play soccer and become a better player.
