Ethan Stewart '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Ethan Stewart. I am originally from Sacramento, CA, and have played competitive soccer since I was 8 in the Sacramento area. In my Sophomore year of High School, I was given the opportunity to live and play soccer in Malaga, Spain. For three years, I have been part of FC Malaga CIty. During this time, I have not only grown as a soccer player, but it has provided me the opportunity to play with teammates from around the world. While playing for FC Malaga City, I have had the opportunity to compete against Academy La Liga teams; such as Mallorca, Celta Vigo, Getafe, Athletico Madrid, and Villareal. In addition, I had the opportunity to play against Academies from England, the Netherlands, Gibraltar, and Denmark. The international experience has been amazing.

I am now looking forward to college and feel that my soccer knowledge and international experience could benefit any team that I am granted the opportunity to play with. In addition, to continued soccer growth, I am an excellent team leader. I feel my camaraderie with my teammates and leadership skills would be an asset to any collegiate team. I do not want my soccer experience to stop at FC Malaga City and I look forward to the next chapter of my soccer resume.
