James Settle '21 Recruiting Profile

FORWARD 2021 Grad!  5A Southern 1st Team Forward in 2021 and was 5A Southern 2nd Team as a Goal Keeper in 2020.  Played in U17 World Cup Qualifiers for American Samoa and recently with the  U23 team in Olympic Qualification.   I know how to use my size and frame to create goal scoring opportunities for myself and my teammates.  I can play anywhere on the field and my defensive work rate always sets the tone.  Part of JROTC for 3 years at Buena HS.  I have a 2.5GPA and I have over 250hrs community service volunteering the past 4 season coaching U6 and U8 local recreational youth teams.  I am looking for a university to continue my education as well as my development on the pitch.  I am open to playing anywhere I am needed on the field and will compete for my position.  I want to join a program with teammates that want to put in the work at practice.  Winning a National Championship in college and leading American Samoa to qualify for the 2026 World Cup are my Ultimate Goals!
