My name is Ashty Omar and I live with my mom and twin brother. Living with a single parent is tough because my mom has to work 3 jobs just to support me and my brother every month. She doesn't make that much money and my father doesn't give us any child support money to support us. All my life I have been a natural at sports and as I grew older, my interest in sports grew as well. My primary sport is Soccer but I also play a bunch of other competitive sports such as Basketball, Wrestling, Track and Rugby in which I developed some skills that will help me in Soccer. As I grew and interest into loving the game of soccer, my mother never had enough money for me to play high level soccer which led to me playing with teammates who don't necessarily have the same game sense and skill level as me which eventually led to me not being able to show my full potential in games. My goal as an athlete is to take advantage of my talent and hard work on the field and with my classes and take it to the next level. I just need a school to take a chance with me and even if I don't fit in at first, I will work hard and give 110% everyday and never give up until I go from the least developed player on the team to the most developed player on the team.
