Personal Statement
I try my hardest even if I don't have the energy to do so. I may not be so flashy with my moves but the one thing I want to do is get the ball away from the other team. When I'm in the field and when I would give directions to the team give them guidance lets say if someone is open and they can't see I'll say whose open for them to pass it to. In school I'm doing my best to get passing grades the lowest i would is a B but i want to go for A's at least. Even when I don't have practice I practice behind my house or even run to the park and practice over there.

- Run,sit ups, push ups, pull ups, passes, jump ropes, duck walks, leg lifts.

- I would run 3 to for miles, then 50 sit ups, 40 push ups or do what i can in a minute, do 100 jump ropes front,backwards and individual leg, pass with both legs as well as shoot with both, i would do duck walks for a quarter of a mile, and leg lifts for at least a minute, lastly do 20 pullups.
