Daniel Barandalla jr '21 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Daniel Barandalla I am a sophomore at Washington Union High School in Fresno, CA. The goals that I have for myself once I finish High School, is to go to a four-year University that has an excellent program academically and athletically.

I currently play for a traveling team right now which is called Clovis Crossfire the position I play is Center Attacking Midfield. The way I like to play the CAM position is to create open spaces to send my teammates to the ball, so they can create an open opportunity to shoot. Where I get new ideas of how to play when I am on the field is by watching professional soccer, but I also look out for who has the same CAM position as I do. I feel that when I am watching professionals play the same position as me, I know that they have had more practice then I did so they know more than myself, so that helps me of where I can improve my skills to become better at my position.  

          The kind of person I am is funny, hardworking, inspiring, and athletic. When I am on the field I try my best to win the 50 50 balls and every ball in the air. I try to keep possession in the other team side of the field. Another thing is that i talk on the field to keep the team motivating when we are losing. When am on the field i try to win every game for the team.
