Gavin Pierce '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello Coaches,

My name is Gavin Pierce.  I have played soccer competitively since I was 5 years old. I played  Varsity soccer my Junior year at Redwood High school in Marin County California in which we were undefeated. For my senior year I attended IMG Academy in Bradenton Florida. We trained 4 hours a day 6 days a week and I loved it.  Now I am attending Orange Coast College in Southern California and am playing for their soccer team, The Pirates. My plan is to find a great 4 year school and continue to play and compete. What I believe makes me a good candidate for your team are two things. One, I am very coach-able and love to learn and perfect my craft of the game, and two, which I believe is the most important attribute in any athlete, is my competitiveness.   I will push myself to the extreme to attain success for myself and my team. As a student I take the same approach and I am dedicated to putting my best work forward day in and day out.
