Gilberto Garcia '21 Recruiting Profile

My goals and aspirations have always been soccer. Ever since I could remember I always had a soccer ball on my feet. My ultimate dream is to become a professional soccer player. In order to become that, I am aware I need to have an impressive academic background. I have always strived to go an extra mile in and outside of the soccer field. In my high school years, I have taken the challenge of taking multiple AP classes and am successfully passing each and every one of them with a B or above. What makes me different from other players is my enthusiasm to win every single game and perform at my highest level. I don't like being second in anything that I do and I have worked very hard to be the best version of myself. I am a very hard worker and very disciplined. I know that if a recruiter were to come see me play, they would see the hard work I've put in.
