Efraim Tril '23 Recruiting Profile

Having autism when I was a younger boy is what allowed me to start having a form of a language. For many their first language was English, others Spanish, or even Chinese but for me my first language was soccer. Soccer to me is more than a sport; it's my connection to my inner mind and my outer body. As I get older, I’ve come to realize that I’m a great communicator and great leader because I focus on how to make the next move outside and in the field. Soccer was there for me before I even knew how to talk. It has been the best therapy. Due to soccer, I am now an honor roll student, leader at my school, and even take care of my older brother who has cerebral palsy. My older brother also shares the same passion as me. Which is what pushes me to work harder because even though he can’t walk I run for him everytime I step into the field. My work ethic and my vision is what keeps me working from sunrise to sunset. I Efraim Tril believe it’s important for me to have a balance with my academics and being an athlete. Since being a good student I can take that discipline to the field. Just how if I be a good athlete I can take my commitment to my academics and the real world. 

Efraim Tril's, primary position is forward. I am a 16 years old from Oakland, Ca. I'm an Senior in High School and the youngest in his graduating class. I am looking forward to see where my soccer career takes me. Thank you for taking the time in reading more about me!
