Paolo Baiati '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Paolo Baiati, and I am currently a senior attending IDA Academy in Reading, U.K. I am the starting center-back on the u23s and often play both fullback positions. I have a 2.6 GPA and have played left-back, center-mid, center-back, right-back, and right-mid. For as long as I can remember, soccer has been my passion. Since I was a kid, my goal has been to become a professional. I am very coachable and will bring a hard-working, get-it-done attitude to any team I am on. I am very communicative and always look to pick up my teammates and work harder than those around me. I am very respectful and always try to fix or make up for a mistake. I have built very strong relationships with my teammates and coaches and can talk to them on and off the field.
