Soccer has been my passion throughout my life. I fell in love with this sport by my dad. He was the one that inspired me to play. Watching him play when I was young gave me the courage to start playing. I started around when I was 6 back when I used to live in San Francisco. When I moved here to American Canyon, I joined my first club when I was 9. I played with both the U-9s and U-10s. Going up against older kids I believe is what gave me motivation to work harder than the rest. It pushed me hard to reach my limits. The age difference to me was a problem for me at first, but I was able to overcome it and face my opponents well. Now, I'm working hard to reach to the next level of soccer with my current club. As a RB, it's my job to stop the midfielders from crossing and strikers from scoring. Also, making overlaps and crossing the ball are my priorities. With the great abilities of my speed and stamina, it gets my tasks done. As for my academics, I've been able to maintain a good GPA. Without good grades, there is no way for me to get to college level soccer.
