If I were a sports journalist interviewing myself, this is what I would want my peers, college coach and supporters to know about me. I am not the kind of young man that goes with the flow, I may not be a master leader, one thing I know is to listen and execute. I am loyal to my coach, teammates and my school. I stay engaged with my team’s play and can confidently say I am a team player, looking out for my teammates, I am highly competitive, a hard worker at training and games. If I mess up, I keep my chin up, recover and move forward to look for the next play and do better. I believe that I am well rounded in balancing my academics and soccer. I have been guided by my parents on the importance of balancing of school, sports, accepting constructive criticism and initiating the steps to improve. I attend a college preparatory school, project based, which is developing me to be a leader, presenter, speaker, and more important work successfully as a team with different personalities to achieve a goal. I have a set of short- term and long-term goals. I am striving to be recruited to play college soccer, whatever division or school I attend the college will be recruiting a hardworking, ethical, loyal, competitive player. Yes, I would love to play professional soccer, a long-term goal. Playing college ball, traveling and the exposure to high level players, coaches and training will offer me many lessons, challenges and experiences that I take throughout my life.
