Fernando Daumichen de Souza '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Fernando Daumichen de Souza, I am from São Paulo, Brazil. I grew up playing various sports and have always been fascinated by sports, but I really fell in love with soccer when I was around three years old, when I received a shirt from my team Palmeiras. As time went by, this passion only increased, which made me be here in the United States, far away from my family who lives in Brazil, dedicating myself only to sports and studies, which is for me the biggest obstacle in this trajectory.

However, I am thankful for everything they have given me and have given me until today for being my inspiration for everything I do, in which they have always supported me since I was a child. And this has made me more mature, focused, and greedy on and off the field, always wanting to improve both in school and on field everything that my family has invested in me to be here realizing a dream, and I am looking for a university in which I can continue to fulfill my journey.
