My name is Thomas Hoy. I am the goalkeeper for Real Colorado ECNL U19 and a development player for the Real Academy. I am also the starting varsity keeper for Douglas County High School.
Playing soccer has kept me engaged at school, helped me make friends, taught me perseverance, and shaped my overall character. As a collegiate athlete, I hope to maintain my competitiveness on the field while earning an education and making new discoveries.
For any team I am lucky enough to join, I bring energy, dedication, a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a desire for the success of everyone on the team. I am competitive and put 100 percent effort into practice and games. I am usually complimented for my athleticism, positive attitude, speed, and ability to be taught quickly. I always seek feedback for improvement and am noted for quickly applying new skills and picking up new strategies. In short, I believe I can be an asset to a team looking for a dedicated player who puts team first and is willing to put in the work necessary for success.
