Chris Carroll '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello my name is Chris Carroll and I am a 2024 graduate from Highlands Ranch, CO. I am a starter on the U17 Real Colorado MLS Next team and I wear number 13. 

I am a defender/midfielder playing the 2,6, and 8 positions. I am strong at defending set pieces and am a threat in the box on offense. My air game is considered elite on both offense and defense. I am quick to defend, transition, and have a clean, precise passing game. I am incredibly physical, aggressive and am a leader on the field.

Academics are a top priority for me. I am very resilient. I was just recently diagnosed with dyslexia and was able to maintain a 3.0 GPA prior to my diagnosis. After my diagnosis 6 months ago I raised my GPA to a 3.3 and plan on getting a 3.5 now that I have the tools to succeed.

I am planning on playing Division 1 soccer at a very high competitive level.
