I want to play collegiate soccer not only because the game has become a passion after so many years of playing, but because it also instills in me good morals and structure to my schedule. I have always considered myself a natural born leader. Teammates from all my teams know that if they have any issues on or off the field that I can be the man to talk to. I love sharing my knowledge of the game to my younger teammates and love to contribute my advice for the better of the team. I have always dreamed of competing at the next level ever since middle school. I want college soccer to be my opportunity to play at a competitive level and continue to grow my love for the sport. I would say what gives me an advantage over other recruits is that whatever I lack in natural talent, I make up for with hard work and strong dedication, not only to the betterment of myself but my team as well. I feel after so many years of playing in goal I have developed a strong knowledge of playing from the back and where to find open teammates. My distribution from the box is the strongest part of my game. I have always found balancing my dedication to the field and the classroom easy, and I have never had a problem striving to push myself to my goals. I hope I receive the chance to continue to better my team and continue to strive and achieve my goals at the next level.
