I am very devoted to the sport and due to my knowledge of the sport, I am also able to point out the points in which my teammates could strengthen when the coach doesn't notice them. I feel like this makes me a leader on the field because it betters the team as a whole. I am able to see the big picture of being on a college team and focus on academics as much as I do athletics, but luckily they both make up my entire life right now so it isn't hard to focus on them.
