Charles Verzaal '22 Recruiting Profile

My goals and aspirations are to give my all on the pitch and win games. I believe that I am a good candidate because I am an excellent leader and can inspire my team. I have been captain or co-captain of every club team I have played on. I am different from other players because I work harder on and off the pitch, as demonstrated by my grades and my ability to start every varsity game as a freshman. I am a versatile player; in high school I played right back this year, and at my club I primarily play striker. I can play any position on the field well, using my speed and ability to read and understand the game. I am a trustworthy person that a coach can depend on. I love the game, having played since I was four years old, and I want to play at the highest level.
