Michael Holmes '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Michael Holmes, I am a current 2024 at Orlando Christian Preparatory with a 3.9 GPA. I am also a member of the Nation Honors Society at my school. My goals for college are to major in business and administration to obtain a MBA, as well as to continue my soccer career at the collegiate level. My community is an important thing to me and being involved in it is essential. I completed an internship over the summer of 2022 with an inclusion school for children with disabilities and children without them called UCP, whose goal is to provide education for children while teaching them to treat others with respect and care even though they may be different from each other. I was a member of a business and marketing program called DECA, it is an organization that teaches kids leadership skills, and about the business world. I do volunteer work at a Preschool/Church called the Friends Academy by helping out with summer camp or helping with maintenance around the building. I also was the store manager for my school’s spirit store and was responsible for the distribution of orders and the customer service department which helped teach me time management skills and leadership as well.
