My name is Kyle and I am starting my Senior year. I attend Lawton Chiles High school in Tallahassee, Florida. I have been playing soccer since I was 3 years old and I have been playing competitively since I was 8. I have been on Varsity for my high school team since my Freshman year. I was captain this past season as a Junior, and will continue to be a captain this year as a Senior. I have spent the last year playing with the Mid-City Lions out of Atlanta, GA attending many high level College Showcases. As a team we have grown a lot this year and finished the season in July at the NYC Cup in New York City. We played in the top U19 bracket, going undefeated, winning the tournament.
I am very interested in playing soccer at the collegiate level, but academics are very important to me as well. This past year traveling the country playing at highly competitive showcases and keeping up with my school work has shown me that I can do both successfully. I like to play a possession style of soccer because if the other team doesn't have the ball they can't score. What makes me different from other recruits is that I have a very good vision of the game and I am also tactically sound on the field.
