I may not be the biggest player on the field, but what I lack in height, I more than make-up for in Soccer IQ, work ethic, mindset and leadership. The same strengths that make me successful on the field also help me in the classroom. Soccer is my passion, but I understand the importance of a good education. My goal is to continue to follow my passion and play soccer in college at an academically challenging institution. I have been a repeat Team Captain for the past 5 years for my club team (even under different coaches) and was also voted Team Captain for my High School Team this year. I have started every game for my Club that I was physically able to play in and I usually play the entire game. As a defensive midfielder, I am always looking to set my teammates up to advance the ball up the field and score while defending our own goal. I also have the skill, knowledge and ability to play other positions on the field. I am one of the first players on the field and the last to leave and am constantly looking for ways that I can improve. I was also honored to be selected to the 1st Team All-Region, Region 6-7A and the GACA All State Selection Honorable Mention this year.
