My name is Lincoln Trotter, and I play soccer. I start as the center back on my high school, varsity soccer team. This past season I was given the position of being one of the team captains. My team had a great season and ended by winning the state championship and remaining undefeated. Out of our 17 games, our defense allowed 2 goals while I was playing as the center back in our three-back formation. After shutting out every team in the state tournament, my coaches awarded me with the team MVP. I love high school soccer and hope to continue playing at a competitive level in college. I am willing to work on and off the field in every area necessary for me to secure a spot on a college soccer team. A few of my strengths are physicality, leadership, and poise while on the pitch. By winter 2025, I plan to be 6'2" 195lbs with a 5:20 mile time, and an 11:50 two mile time. While club soccer is not an opportunity for me, I still plan on training hard year-round. I will continue to sharpen my academic skills as much as my athletic skills. I am willing to put in whatever work necessary to reach the highest level of soccer that I am capable of performing.
