Devin DesJardin’s...Personal Statement
My name is Devin DesJardin and I am a 2025 student athlete and currently play for Le'ahi Na Koa Soccer Club in Hawaii. I attend James Campbell High School where I led my team to our first division I championship in school history and did so while maintaining a 4.0 GPA and taking dual credit courses to start my college journey. I am 6', weigh 170lbs, and primarily play Center Back for both my club and high school teams. Some of my best attributes are my knowledge of the game, communication and ability to direct and control my team from the center back position.
Outside of club and high school soccer, I have played for the Hawaii State 2007 Boys ODP team for 4 years. Last year (January 2023), I helped lead the team to the 2023 ODP West Region Championship Game. In March of 2023, I was invited to travel to the Netherlands and trained with various Dutch professional academies. Both experiences have challenged me in different ways and have made me learn and grow as a player.
I am interested in obtaining my degree in computer engineering while playing soccer at the collegiate level.

- Our team won the USCS State Cup and will be heading to Colorado to play in the National Tournament in July 2023. The team won both the USCS an USYS State Cups in 2024. We plan to play in the USYS Far West Regional Championships in Hawaii this June.
