I think that what makes me a good candidate to play college soccer as well as what sets me apart from others is my discipline. It is something that I have not always had, and am still working on mastering, but I believe that I am improving greatly at strengthening my mind and staying disciplined in all aspects of my life. I do this by doing difficult tasks such as taking cold showers or cold baths, or doing work when I am tired to practice maintaining focus when my mind wants me to rest. Doing these things helps me to be a more efficient and focused worker, and will allow me to be more successful both in the classroom and on the field.

- Consistently worked with trainers 1-3 days/week from 5th grade to current. Training consisted of various agility drills, body weight, and weighted drills to improve quickness, speed and explosiveness. Weight training added in 9th grade with exercises such as squats, deadlift, bench press, and power cleans. Current IRM for squat - 225lbs, bench - 165lbs, & 3RM for power cleans - 135lbs. Current standing vert jump - 32", running vert jump - 40"
