Hello, I am Cristopher Cornejo.
To tell you more about myself I will talk about my roles/goals on and off the pitch. freshman year I focused on getting better so I could hopefully land a spot on the varsity team. I barely missed a spot on the team due to missing some summer training since I had also been in basketball , but I got another chance to play as a swinger for varsity. This all truly paid off in the long run, I became the top scorer of the Jv team, and the following year (Sophomore year) I made my spot on varsity and became 1 out of the 7 captains as the rest were Seniors. I have been a starting forward throughout the 4 years of high school, I have been the top scorer of my team 3/4 years. Senior year, I became the main captain of my team and my main goal for my final year was to bring home the Idaho state title and to help the underclassman on varsity to become prepared for the following years. As a captain I knew what my roles were and who I represent, my job was to keep my teammates calm, keep their heads up, and to continue playing no matter the score or what happens. At the top of my main goal, I want to become the first in my family to receive a diploma and go off to a college/university. This would be a blessing and would make my parents extremely proud since they did not have the chance to attend anything after high school. Academically my cumulative GPA is about 3.3-3.4, honor roll student, Student rank 52 out of 140students.
