Currently attending Purdue University Northwest and studying Civil Engineering. Just finished my freshman year of college with above a 3.0 GPA.
I am a very dedicated, determined person, with a strong work ethic. I play hard and do what I can to get things done on the field. With my heart and training, I bring a special flare, spark, and energy to the field. I respect coaches and players on and off the field in the utmost way being someone who follows direction. I am a teachable, humble person of character and integrity seeking opportunities to grow in the sport.
Athletically and academically I am comfortable with challenges, if you look at my transcript you may see that I strive to do so and consider myself very strong as I took AP/Honors Classes and did very well. I diligently work hard to do well with my grades and on improving myself to the best of my ability. I have learned that I can adapt when challenged and confronted with difficulty. I have surpassed many obstacles on my journey in life and soccer so far but that has helped mold me into who I am today because I have adapted and would not give up. As I have participated in travel soccer I have been able to reach new levels by dedicating my time to improving and growing as I have trained on my own outside of my club/high school teams training consistently with great discipline to reach my goals as a player. I have gone from being on a regular level travel soccer team (not elite) years ago to now, playing on a elite level team for the Chicago Fire Juniors City branch (which is one of the most competitive soccer programs around in Illinois).
I would like to attend a school with a good civil engineering program which would be a great fit for what I am seeking.
