I want to attend college and earn a 4-year degree. I understand that at a minimum, a Bachelor's degree is nearly essential in getting a job in today's world. I am not sure what I want to major in but I do have an interest in the medical field. In addition, I know I want to play soccer at a very competitive level to feed my love for the game.
I am confident I would be a good candidate for any team due to my passion for the game of soccer and my competitive drive to push myself and my teammates to succeed. I have great respect for my coaches, teammates and opposing players. I believe winning is important but more importantly is conducting myself in a way that is honest and ethical. My attitude, effort and behavior are a reflection of myself, my parents and the school I represent, which is why place such a high importance on these things.
My primary focus in college will be to "hit the books hard" and earn the best grades possible so I can make myself more marketable than the competition. I take great pride in the good grades I have achieved to this point and will take the same approach in college. Along with that, know that I will also dedicate myself to the sport of soccer to help the team achieve its goals. I am eagerly looking forward to partnering with a college and growing academically and athletically.
