Jacob Flager '24 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing soccer since I was 3 years old. I have loved everything about soccer since the moment I stepped on the field. As I have gotten older, my passion for the game has only grown. My dream is to play college soccer and only gets stronger the closer I get to college. I am willing to put the work in and do whatever it takes to play at the next level. 

I am a very smart player. I have awareness of the entire field and am a student of the game. In my position as a defensive midfielder, it is my job to see everyone and be an unselfish player. I am always looking for ways to get better and seek out feedback from my coaches. I will always follow their suggestions and work as hard as possible to improve each game. 

Off the field, I work hard in school and do the very best that I can. I am also involved in volunteer coaching at the rec level for elementary aged kids. I would really like to attend a college that will meet my needs academically and athletically. I am open to any option. My number one goal is to find a college that is the right fit for me. Ultimately, that means becoming a well-rounded individual.
