My goals for college are to play soccer and go to a college that has Secondary Social Studies Education program, as my end goal and what I strive to become is a teacher and an amazing goalie. I am a good person for any team because if told to do something different from what I've been taught to do, I will work on it and like all humans make my mistakes, but also strive to make sure I am doing the best I can do. I started playing goalie when I was in 8th grade and have been learning and getting better ever since. I play golf for my high school and have been playing golf for 6 years. I don't really know why I want to become a teacher but I am quite good at it and love to help out kids and further their education in any way possible.
I may not have the best GPA out here but I work hard in my classes and when I need help I go get it even if it's staying after school or going before school. I put my time into my schoolwork as well as my sports, and I always try to put my best foot forward. I have not taken any AP or Honors classes but have doubled up in a subject for two years, freshman year being two science, Biology, and Earth and Space Science, then Sophmore year being, Algebra II and Geometry. Then in my final year of high school. I took two dual credit classes through IU. One of them is PreCalculus and Trig, and the other in Chemistry.
Since then I have not had the best run of form in education but have begun to get back on track and get school sorted out. Since then I have become a substitute teacher at my old high school and an assistant coach for the boys' soccer and volleyball teams.
