My goals are to make it far with soccer. I never really thought about doing soccer until August. I told myself it’s okay if I am on jv because I’ll have my friends but I actually decided to stick with soccer so I started to hit fields a lot and put so much work in. I practiced everyday and always went 100% in practice. I got way better over time and finally I had my first game ever. I started jv and scored 2 goals and I only played one half. The coach told me I earned my varsity starting spot. I started for varsity and scored 1 goal. I just enjoy soccer and it’s a sport I feel like I can go far in. I have 2 inspirations, CR7 and one of my friends Christian Cabrera. I have seen them always trying and not giving up and it inspires me to do better and don’t give up. Something that would make me a good candidate is that I always try no matter what, we didn’t win many games but every game I tried my best. I always make my teams energy pick up and hype them up while I’m in. Things that make me different is that I’m not the average height which is definitely a minor set back but it makes me want to get better and to prove people wrong. I am very athletic and can’t compete with any ages and even if the kids are taller than me too.
